This commercial business was looking for a concrete grinding contractor in Waco, TX  as they were having issues with the existing coating failing due to surface delamination. After talking with the owner about final expectations, AllStar Concrete Coatings was called in to see if we could help with the surface preparation and grinding of the concrete back to a clean concrete slab. The coating was extremely brittle in some areas and sound in others, so we decided to grind the entire floor to remove the loose material and get everything to a consistent texture. The floor had to then be ground smooth with numerous grinding passes to achieve uniformity and to meet the client’s needs. The owner opted out of the sealing concrete as a final finish to prevent dusting and help with staining in the future.
